This manual is provided to all corporate hospitality clients to assist with general information about ticketing, accessing the course, schedules and starting times to allow clients and guests to maximize their experience.

Signage & Credential and Shipment Delivery Form

Please use this form to indicate below exactly how your company name should appear on your Hospitality Suite sign and on your company wristbands. This form also provides information about where to mail packages if you intend to mail items to the tournament. Note: Vendors MUST put company name on shipments. Pairings Guide Acknowledgement Spec Form

Please use this form to acquire the artwork specifications for a Pairings Guide acknowledgement if your company has received a Pairings Guide asset as part of your package. Please reference the deadline date and e-mail address to mail the form on the attachment.

Please use this form to acquire the artwork specifications for a Video Board acknowledgement if your company has received a GolfTeeVee or Video Board asset as part of your package. Please reference the deadline date and e-mail address to mail the form on the attachment.
